Scott Mabbutt is an American film-maker, cat whisperer, mountain bike enthusiast, story-teller, The King of Hallowe'en, and the person who brought us the Room 8 documentary on LA’s most famous cat!

He is a member of the Lewis Carroll Society of North America and a Film Historian at Malibu Creek State Park.

Lisa Ruschioni is an elopement photographer for the adventurous, bold, and fun! Based in Los Angeles, CA but willing to travel wherever a good love story will take her!

Lisa is also a passionate believer in the magic of fluffy pets, pizza, and wine!

Maria Takigawa is a young professional driven to improve the ever changing entertainment and music industry landscape. Having grown up in Japan, Mexico, and the United States fostered her passion for storytelling, with a focus on amplifying diverse voices and stories. Maria currently works at Apex PR. Outside of her work, she enjoys live events, travel, film photography, and fostering cats. Last year, she fostered nine cats and all were successfully adopted.

As a full-time Cat-Dad and amateur cat fosterer (of current Tail Town residents Fiskars, Hi Jinx and Mayhem) Jim has a full house of feline subjects that occupy his time. A lifelong photographer since the age of 10 he is striving to validate his parent’s investment in his ArtCenter education, hoping that one day he’ll be good at this.

Sophie is a Los Angeles-based artist and cat lover. She specializes in traditional and digital illustration, but she also enjoys dabbling in crafts such as bookbinding, papermaking, and crocheting. Her work is largely inspired by nature, animals, travel, people, culture, her own life experiences, and anything cute. She loves to use pastel colors to give her drawings a light, whimsical feel.

Solvej Schou is an award-winning writer, editor and communications specialist who previously served as ArtCenter College of Design’s staff senior writer in Marketing and Communications, and as a staff writer at The Associated Press and a staff senior writer at Entertainment Weekly.

Her work has also been published by outlets and organizations including The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Deadline, Skirball Cultural Center’s Oasis magazine, LMU Magazine and Otis College of Art and Design. She and her husband feed community cats.

Annie Wu is a Los Angeles–based photographer documenting live music, couples' storytelling, and community events.

Laura Pearlman occasionally writes short fiction and edits CatsCast, a feline speculative fiction podcast. Her LOLcat captions have appeared on McSweeney's. She shares her home with an orange ball of fluff named Purrsephone.

Myra is a 35 year old witch living in LA with her four cats. Born with a love for felines and now living the dream. She worked at Stray Cat Alliance back in 2021, where she was able to learn so much more from these fascinating creatures. They are her muses and by far her favorites beings to capture on camera.
